Epona is a Goddess to the Celts, Romans and North Africans and while nearly always depicted with horses, she is also a quintessential Earth Mother, encouraging us not only commune with nature but also protect Earth’s precious resources. She appears as The Empress, the Nine of Pentacles and the Queen of Pentacles in the Tarot so working with these cards can be a way to invoke her. She also frequently sends us messages especially from the Forests where she is Queen of the Fae.
